Looks like there's just a manual for the synth and drummer in the trial version zip file.

I did figure out a bit by playing with it and doing a search.. but here's what really helps.  The actual manual for a real TB-303. http://www.artofcolor.com/tb303/

f1= pitch mode (edit mode)

f7=function (normal mode)

7=b# (even though on the real tb303 it's a#)

Actually, the "Prophet64_MonoSynthesizer_FreeTrial.pdf" covers for both, Monosynth *and* Bassline...
