Controlling track volumes

Hi again

These days I'm doing my first tests to the mssiah software, and the first problem I found its with the volume of each separate channel.

The user manual says that I can use the control track to change some paramethers as the volume or tempo, but this changes the volume of all the sound channels, while what I want to do its to change the volume of a single channel.  I tried it just modifying the instrument  but I haven't found any property to control it.

Is it possible?

Re: Controlling track volumes

are you using the velocity setting within the key-edit window? as i have been trying this but on a lot of sounds/instruments it doesnt seem to do anything, any ideas how to get round it?

Re: Controlling track volumes

I use the amp envelope sustain values to mix volumes....

I like to make drums full 15 and make everything else quieter so the percussion is very punchy and pronounced.

I usually put the bass track on something around 11, and leads around 13....
