midi commands on boot (future versions?)

hi,

i have a mssiah cartridge and have written an editor/librarian for monosynth in max. All custom cartridges and sd cards aside, it would be very easy for me if i could blindly turn on the C64 and fire up my editor.

Now i have to turn on the tv, get it into scart input with a generic remote control, press any key, start monosynth and get it into midi mode.

Having the boot screen/ program selector already react to midi input would be lovely. That way i could incorperate all of the boot, program selection and midi-mode into my editor.

That would be extremely useful to me, too.

Re: midi commands on boot (future versions?)

you could just make a note of the keys you need to press to get it into midi mode.. then do it blindly without turning on the tv..

quick fix, but I suppose it should suffice
