Bassline VST

I finally got around to put some time in this.. and it paid off smile

http://www.audiosonic.dk/private/photos/bassline.png

Waveplayer VST - http://www.prophet64-forum.com/viewtopic.php?id=1249
Monosynth VST - http://www.prophet64-forum.com/viewtopic.php?id=1252

Features:

- All controls send the correct CCs in the correct ranges
- All controls receive the correct CCs in the correct ranges, and responds graphically
- All knobs have text-input for fast and precise adjustment
- All parameters have convenient names in the host automation list
- 128 Presets; can be saved and loaded as both bank and single preset (fxb/fxp).. and exchanged among friends
- Works in both pattern-mode and note-mode
- Pattern-selector popup-menu displaying all 64 patterns at once for quick and easy pattern-selection
- Windows VST format; should work in any VST-compatible host for Windows, and Wine under Linux
- Created with a registered version of SynthEdit using registered 3rd party technology (no demo restrictions)
- Nice skin, very intuitive and informative layout
- Small filesize, light CPU-load and very easy installation (just copy to VST-folder)

I'm not sure how or when the release will happen, but it will be in the near future... i'm thinking of making it donation-ware (so you get a free personalised copy as a gift when you donate 5$ to audiosonic.dk) and if it turns out well i will develop VSTs for the other MSSIAH apps too..

Re: Bassline VST

man, this is super-nice. i'm still very gutted that it isn't cross-platform. i had a go with the mac plugin design program you suggested but couldn't get my head around how to send midi cc (or if it was even possible). but yeah, nice work!

Re: Bassline VST

Thanks for the feedback smile i'm pretty satisfied with the outcome myself too... the Waveplayer is finished and the Monosynth is just about finished too - only Drummer and Sequencer left to work on (those 'larger' panels are really problematic to assemble)

I'm sorry to hear that the Mac-alternative did not work out for you!!

Re: Bassline VST

looks great, really
a 5$ donation sounds fair enough too but
it would be disastrous for me because
i checked out your website and donations work with paypal only
and i live Serbia, where we cant use paypal, which is terrible
they still havent started their business here in eastern Europe
so
will there be a way to work around this?
because i was soooo loking forward to the vsts ever since you announced them

I'm sure we will find out something smile no problem.... but not quite yet. I have to make the other VSTs also, and then Daniel has to skin them first. a couple more days and we're done.... i hope

Re: Bassline VST

Yeah, I second that - will be great to have labelled controllers on screen.

Hi!

And, finally ... here too: Any progress in this project? If you need beta testers -or whatever might be necessary to complete the work- please let us know.
