Hi all,
I was browsing through the previous conversation concerning PSOne display and C64. I would like to connect the display without any soldering if possible.
I managed to find original C64 cable with 8-pin DIN to 3 x RCA (white, yellow and red). I then connected the cable with 6,3mm to 3,2mm adapter to the PSOne input. --> no image or signal:
Below you can see the first cable setup that I tried:

I also managed to find old Playstation 3 cable that seems to fit the PSOne display input. This setup didn't work either (no image in the display):

C64DIN -> RCA -> PS connector
So, do I need some kind of signal converter,adapter, etc. or am I just connecting the setup wrong way now?
Kind regards and thanks for your help in advance,
BR,
OP

Just learned that you'll need RCA to TRSS adapter cord instead of normal stereo mini jack to PSOne.
So, hopefully this compination will do the job:
C64 8-pin DIN video OUT -> RCA (white, red, yellow) -> RCA male to male adapter -> RCA to TRSS cord -> PSOne input:
